About GPD Group · Perth construction since 2023

The builder
builders call.

Owner-operated by Luke. Apprentice carpenter at sixteen — working hard on the tools kept him honest and humble, traits he holds dearly still. Registered WA Builder since 2023 (BC104702), with experience across residential, commercial, insurance construction and international aid work in Papua New Guinea. Twenty-three projects delivered as head contractor 2023–2025.

The builder

Apprentice at sixteen. Builder ever since.

Every brief that lands at GPD goes to Luke directly. The builder reads every email, signs every contract, runs every site meeting. No project-manager intermediary, no sales-rep buffer — that has been the operating model since GPD was incorporated.

What we believe

Four principles
every job runs by.

The unglamorous things that decide whether a build lands on programme and budget — or doesn’t. None of these are unique. All of them are non-negotiable on every GPD job, regardless of value or client.

01

In the builder’s name.

BC104702 is held by Luke, not subcontracted from a marketing brand. The licence carries every job. Liability flows with the licence — not by you.

02

The builder reads every brief.

No sales-rep intake, no triage filter. The first call you have is with the licensed builder. The same person signs the contract and runs the site.

03

Twelve months aftercare.

Direct aftercare line for twelve months from handover, every job. Statutory warranty under the WA Home Building Act applies on top of that for the warranty period.

04

Bad news same day.

If something needs to slip, you hear about it the day we know — not at the next progress meeting, not on handover. Quarter-end surprises are how trust gets lost.

Where we work

Perth metro
to the Pilbara.

Most Perth builders won’t travel past the metro line. GPD has delivered residential and commercial scopes in Tom Price, Paraburdoo, Onslow, Karratha, Boddington, Bridgetown — plus full coverage of the Perth metro. Remote-WA capability is what separates GPD from city-bound competitors.

Perth metro

Across the city.

Site visits free anywhere in Perth metro. Recent work in North Beach, Mt Lawley, Bayswater, Coolbinia, Mt Claremont, Alfred Cove, Kwinana, Kingsway, plus Containers for Change rollout across multiple metro shopping centres.

Servicing all Perth metro councils for residential, commercial and outdoor builds.

Regional & remote WA

Pilbara and beyond.

Multi-residence delivery for Shire of Ashburton in Tom Price, Paraburdoo, Onslow. Civil work for Main Roads at Karratha. Heritage extension in Boddington. Roof and patio works in Bridgetown. Remote-site discipline that came from the PNG years.

Mobilisation costed transparently for remote WA — no hidden travel padding.
